Tim Quesnel

December 13, 2022

Tim Quesnel died suddenly at the age of 60  on December 9, 2022. He leaves behind his wife Sheryl, his daughter Abigail, his son Ian, his son-in-law Spencer, two brothers Todd and Terry, and his step-mom Phyllis. We will all unite to enjoy a Celebration of Tim’s life at Becker Auditorium at 1 p.m. Saturday January 7. Please join us.

Tim was fully devoted to his wife and children, church family, friends, work and coworkers, always finding ways to serve others and make them laugh. He never stopped learning new things and was a man with many talents and abilities. He was able to fix nearly anything. He was a gifted musician and played flute, drums and guitar. His latest hobby was teaching himself the art and precise science of brewing and distilling and he became a master at it. He was the truest foodie that ever existed and an amazing chef.

We are sad and grieving, but so thankful that Tim realized he was a sinner who needed the Savior and he repented and put his full trust in Jesus’ dying and paying for that sin. Jesus is his Lord and now Tim is in His presence. He would want you to also have this wonderful free gift and I’m betting that he would say “I didn’t know that this would be my last day on earth, but you don’t know yours either, so humble yourself now, realize you need Jesus and repent. Trust Him - He already did the work for you, so just trust Him. He is already Lord so worship Him.”

On a lighter note, Tim was a blessed man in 2022. He walked his precious Abigail down the aisle and gained a wonderful son-in-law. He watched his amazing son Ian accomplish bigger things in his career than he could have ever dreamed up. He was so incredibly proud of the young woman and young man that he’d been honored and privileged to create, love and parent.

He recently became an empty nester with his wife of 40 years and enjoyed sitting on the couch and holding hands while enjoying a show.

Lastly, Boundary County had been his home for 19 years and after living here, he’d never have wanted to live anywhere else. Boundary County has poured out love on his family and he would say thank you – thank you.
