Waneita Robins

Waneita Robins, 94, went to meet her Jesus quietly in the early morning hours of May 3, 2023. She was at her home in Moyie Springs. A graveside service, officiated by her nephew, Reverend Steve Berry, will be held at Paradise Valley Cemetery at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 27. The service will be followed by a meal and time of sharing at Mountain Springs Church in Bonners Ferry, beginning at 2 p.m. Both events are open to her family and many friends.

She was born October 3, 1929, in Long Prairie, Minnesota. She had a smile for everyone and never met a stranger! She led a long and blessed life.

She was predeceased by her husband of 61 years, Emmett and three younger siblings. She is survived by her children Tanya and Bob Pearce, Keven and Linaka Robins and Elaine Robins. She has one surviving sister, Val Harrington, and many grand and great grandchildren.

The family requests that remembrances of her be in the form of donations to the Teen Challenge Ministry, 2400 N Craig Rd, Spokane, WA 99224, which was dear to her heart.
