Lauren and Benjamin Bartoe welcomed twins to their family at Kootenai Medical, Coeur d'Alene, on Sunday, March 13; with son Cash Otto Bartoe born at 5:31 p.m. and daughter Elowyn "Winnie" Jane Bartoe making her appearance just minutes later at 5:46 p.m. They join big brother Chase and big sister Remington.

Cash weighed in at six pounds, two ounces. He has been hanging with momma in the hospital all week, making sure he gains some weight and doesn’t leave his little sister too far behind. Siblings Chase and Remi got to come meet him on Tuesday and they are all excited for when Winnie can join them!

Winnie weighed five pounds, four ounces. She has been well loved and cared for in the NICU and is completely off of her oxygen support. Dad was able to feed her a bottle Tuesday but she is still mastering the feeding portion of life. She shares her middle name with both of Lauren's living grandmothers.

"We adore her and can’t wait to get her together with all of her siblings for some great family bonding!" mom said.

The twins' maternal grandparents, Todd and Alyson Carlson, will be out to visit next week and their paternal grandparents, Mark and Marylynn Bartoe, will visit over Easter.
