4-H Friday Friends starts tomorrow

October 6, 2022

4-H Friday Friends is in full swing! You can find us at Boundary County Middle School every Friday during the school calendar year. At $12 per child and a sliding fee scale available, 4-H Friday Friends are a great option for childcare or just to give your kiddos an extra day of exciting hands-on educational activities. They also have open enrollment, so join in for every Friday or any Friday during the school year!

4-H Friday Friends is for youth in kindergarten through fifth grade. Drop off starts as early as 7:30 a.m. and pick up as late as 5:30 p.m. 4-H Friday Friends incorporate fun and educational activities on healthy living, physical fitness, science, technology, culture, visual arts, communication, self-responsibilities, and homework help. We have community members come in monthly to help educate the kiddos as well.

Coming up in the month of October we have robotics with Shalonda from Boundary County 4-H, Mrs. Terri from the library for story time, and Sheriff Kramer to go over Halloween safety. There is lots in store for the 2022/2023 school year, and we hope to see your kiddos there!

Please phone the Boundary Extension Office at (208) 267-3235 for more information, to sign up for an upcoming Friday or for registration packets if you haven’t registered yet. You can also check out their Facebook page to see what other activities we have done in the past.
