Petesch signs to play volleyball with the Bucs

Dawson Community College, Glendive, Montana, is excited to announce the signing of Siera Petesch, Bonners Ferry, to their volleyball program. Petesch is a 5’9” middle All-League volleyball player and captain for the Badgers. She is a three sport athlete who has had success not only in athletics, but in the classroom, earning honor roll recognition and being a part of National Honors Society.

“I grew up in a small town and I’ve loved having my community supporting me through everything," she said. "I’m looking forward to that same feeling at college. I’m also excited to have such a great coaching staff. Getting to play at the next level is such an amazing experience and I can’t wait to start at Dawson.”

Buccaneers Coach Dina Fritz says, “We are so excited to have Sierra next year. She brings a lot of energy to the court and works hard in her position which is exactly what we want in a middle in our program. She also takes her academics very seriously and works hard in the classroom. She is a great student athlete to look up to and that is what we strive for in our program.”
