Several Ponderay residents in the past week have reported possibly seeing a man wanted for two murders last year in Okanogan County, Washington, and area residents are warned that Dylan J. Harrington, 27, should be considered armed and dangerous. If seen, do not approach, but call 911 immediately. A reward of up to $10,000 is offered for information leading to his arrest.
Harrington is suspected of murdering and attempting to conceal the bodies of Dave Covey, 80, and Geraldine Covey, 66, on their property near Chesaw, Washington, in February, 2022.
He is 5’9″ tall and weighs about 145 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. According to a wanted poster issued by the U.S. Marshal’s Service, Harrington is known to live off the land and survive for long periods of time in remote areas.
