5:27 a.m.: It’s 34-degrees in Bonners Ferry and it appears we missed the predicted nasty weather, and what did fall below 2,500 feet across the region, the Spokane office of the National Weather Service fell as rain. The threat of heavy snow, they say, has ended for this morning.
