Michael Robert Harris, Bonners Ferry, born 1999, charged with possession of marijuana November 23 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $102.50 fine, $197.50 costs and 364 days probation.
James Dominic Lewin, Bonners Ferry, born 1947, charged with leaving the scene of an accident November 22, amended to careless driving, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended, $142.50 fine, $657.50 costs and 364 days probation.
Alan B. Mills, Bonners Ferry, born 1963, charged with second degree stalking, amended to disturbing the peace, pled guilty and fined $142.50 and $160.50 costs, judgment withheld, and one year probation.
Paul Allen Mitzel, Bonners Ferry, born 1961, charged with driving without privileges January 27 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 day suspended, $327.50 fine, $172.50 costs and 364 days probation.
Michael R. Scholes, Bonners Ferry, born 2000, charged with unlawful access to a school or daycare by sex offender November 8 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 day in jail, 58 days suspended, $342.50 fine, $157.50 costs and 364 days probation.
