Mrs. Drea Leach and her fifth grade class at Valley View got out for some exercise on Tuesday, February 13, walking down the South Hill and into downtown Bonners Ferry, to Froyo Mama, a new business classmate Ryle’s parents had opened recently. The class had been learning the word “revenue,” which they learned is the money generated from normal business operations, calculated as the average sales price times the number of units sold, and judging by the smiles lighting up the faces of Ayla Kimball and Xander Gentry, below, that dry definition came to life upon learning that the revenue they provided bought such a sweet unit sold! As the class was bundling up for the walk back, Ryle’s mother, owner Missy McReynolds, told the class they’d made history as the very first class to visit Froyo Mama!
