Anthony A. Ciallella, San Diego, born 2001, charged with possession of marijuana February 19 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and fined $102.50 and $294.50 costs, judgment withheld, and 364 days probation.

Kileah Raelihn Crum, Moyie Springs, born 1987, charged with battery October 12, charging agency not given, amended to disturbing the peace, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 92 days suspended, $142.50 fine, $157.50 costs and 364 days probation (Editor’s note: I believe it should be 82 days suspended but reads 92 in both the log and online court portal.)

James M. Hill, Bonners Ferry, born 1953, charged with DUI, second offense November 12 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $297.50 fine, $205.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Nathaniel Alan Miller, Libby, born 1988, charged with possession of paraphernalia March 2 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $102.50 fine, $329.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Courtney M. Moran, Bonners Ferry, born 1999, charged with dispensing alcohol to a minor March 15 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $12.50 and $187.50 costs.

Nicholas B. Pedevilla, Sandpoint, born 1992, charged with driving without privileges February 1 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $327.50 fine, $172.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Dawn Meschelle Thompson, Naples, born 1966, charged with DUI November 10 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, amended to reckless driving, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 drays in jail, suspended, $142.50 fine, $157.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Angela M. Woodruff, Moyie Springs, born 1978, charged with DUI January 24 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $297.50 fine, $202.50 costs and 364 days probation.
