Dave was born and raised in Boundary County, and graduated from Bonners Ferry High School and the University of Idaho. He served as an instructor pilot in the US Air Force before starting his career in banking. Dave and his family returned to Bonners Ferry in 1982, where he continued his banking career until retiring in 2015.
Dave has served our community in many ways. He has served on the Hospital Board, the Kaniksu Health Clinic Board, Boundary Economic Development Council, as the Urban Renewal Board Chair, and as the Airport Board Chair. He was a charter member of our local Rotary Club, and is active in Rotary at the regional level.
It is important to have Committeemen who will listen to the concerns of all party members, and know how to work effectively on a board. Dave’s experience in serving our community and his unquestionable integrity make him ideal for the position.
