The Sheriff’s Office Drivers license ladies dressed up this Halloween to have some fun with the difference between “open carry and concealed carry.” The ladies who also issue concealed weapons permits out of their office dressed up as a Skunk (Kelly Rekstad) to represent concealed carry, and for open carry (Tara Krautkremer) was dressed up as a porcupine.
