UPDATED: Boy’s schedule added!
This week the girls varsity basketball team had two non-conference victories: one against St Maries 61-24 and one against the Flathead Valley in Kellogg 59-50.
At the St. Maries game, Taryn Bateman led in points with 21 followed by Sydney Hinthorn with 13 and Nolle Hiatt with seven. Eva Willis, Mckenna Baisden and Alexys Mierke all had six points each and Brooke Petesch had two.
In the Flathead Valley game, again, Taryn Bateman led in scoring with 31 and again, Sydney Hinthorn followed her with 11. These wins bring their record to 6-4. The Lady Badgers will play again at 2 p.m. Friday, December 27, in Lakeside, Washington, at Reardan High School for tournament play. Solid work, Badgers!
The boys varsity had a quiet week this week, with no games to be had. The boys will also play this Friday, December 27, at 3:30 p.m. against Manson in the Reardan High School Tournament.
