It was 2020, a year that would be remembered as the COVID-19 pandemic. It was a year of desolation both nationally and locally. Isolation was essential. Lives were lost, homes were foreclosed on, businesses closed, and the lives of so many were changed forever.
But it did not stop Lucas Turner.
A plumber of nearly 20 years, he had a dream; a dream that a year of so much loss and turmoil would be marked as the year that he would change the trajectory of his family, his life and his community. In a year that should sink a new company, it did exactly the opposite. With too few plumbers in Boundary County, he knew it needed to be done and with God on his side, Turner Plumbing was born.
In short order Brenten Cordle, Jesse Banning, Jesse Dunham, Tyler Provo, Colton Turner, Kaden DesRosiers and Nate Thompson were added and in 2022 Tiffany Maas was welcomed with open arms as the front office scheduling and office administrator.
It has now been five years. Five years of love, loss, change, passion, growth, strength, faith and perseverance. To have a group of friends who can work together to help the community not in just plumbing needs but meeting the people where they’re at and loving them there is something that is almost never achieved on any platform.
Customer service is of utmost importance not only to the namesake, but to each and every employee in the field and in the office. Even in its’ infancy, Turner Plumbing has been known for their excellent customer service; from the service crew that meets many locals on their worst day and then leaves making the customer smile to the new build crew that are a huge part of making dreams come true to so many. Turner Plumbing gets five stars over and over again and the title of Bonners Ferry’s Best Plumbing company four years running.
The Turner Plumbing crew starts and ends each week with prayer.

Turner Plumbing along with the employees and families are invested in growing more than just a business. They are involved in their community and support local non-profits, children’s programs and schools. They recognize that the children of this community are the next generation of plumbers, electricians, businessmen, doctors, lawyers and everything in between; they are the future. This is why is it so important to Lucas and Charli Turner to have company with high standards, high morals and a love for community.

Turner Plumbing is excited to be adding a plumbing supply store to the mix starting March 1, 2025. The Turner Plumbing supply store will be located at the shop on Latigo Lane and will sell and deliver plumbing parts and fixtures as well as Turner Plumbing and Maas Productions merchandise by Maas Designs. If you find yourself in need of supplies or merchandise, they will even arrange delivery. There will be no delivery fee, no minimum and no item too big or too small.
