Registration is now open for the wide-eyed kids who’ll be experiencing so many firsts just ahead; first ride on a school bus, first tearful long goodbye to mom, finding the cubby that will be theirs for the whole year for the very first time … And meeting their teacher on registration day from 2 to 6 p.m. Friday, April 4, at Valley View Elementary.
“We are so excited to meet our new kindergarten students!” staff said.
In preparation for that big first day of kindergarten in the fall of 2025, parents are asked to go online to complete a quick and easy registration … well, easier than saying “good bye … be good … learn lots!” as your baby boards the bus or crosses the threshold and into the care of their first teacher.
To be eligible, your child must be five years old on or before September 1, 2025. Parents/guardians may choose which School District 101 elementary school their child will attend; Mount Hall, Valley View, Naples or Boundary County Online.
Please bring a copy of your child’s birth certificate and immunization records to the registration or to the school prior to school starting in September 2025.
