ational Weather Service, Spokane, has issued a winter weather advisory for up to three more inches of snow by 7 a.m. Thursday.
Motorist should be prepared for winter driving conditions by this evening.
Moderate to heavy bands of snow are expected, predominately in Bonner and Kootenai Counties, so snowfall amounts will vary widely.
