9B Special Needs Support Group – Re-Branded

By Katie Banning, Jessica Issacharoff, Shyann Hoover, Jayme Sabin and Alysa Ritz

The 9B Special Needs Support Group has been re-branded!  This is a community group for family and caregivers of special needs children and adults to share stories and get support from each other. They will still meet on the first Thursday of every month and will be meeting in the Panhandle Health building starting March 6th at 5:30 p.m.

“We are here to SUPPORT OUR VILLAGE. We are a community of resources brought to you by one another, for one another.” Jessica Issaharoff says of the group she loves so dearly. “Each and every person involved in our group is an asset by sharing and bringing knowledge and comfort to those parents, caregivers, and family members of special needs children, teens, and adults. We are YOUR village!”

Alysa Ritz adds, “We have a lot of great things planned for our group throughout the rest of this year and cannot wait to see everyone again in March!”

If you have a special needs adult or child in your life and you would like to join, please contact Jessica, Alysa, Shyann or Jayme on Facebook Messenger or email. They would love to have you! Check out the Facebook page for more information.
