The middle school Badger boys kicked off their season tonight with three wins! The Badgers of Bonners Ferry took on the Spartans of Priest River tonight on the Badger’s home court. The stands were packed with Badger fans and the cheerleaders led the student section in cheering them on to victory!
The 8th grade team is coached by Greg Kissee and won with a score of 36-22.
The 7th grade team is coached by Shane Banning and won with a score of 48-32
The B team is coached by Jesse Banning and won with a score of 21-20
Jesse Banning talked highly of all three teams, “We have a great group of very talented kids this year. We are excited to see how they grow throughout the season, and we are excited for a bright future for Badger basketball.”
The coaches would like to thank all of the fans for coming out to support and for all the parents who have been so faithful to bring the boys to practices.
They boys will play again this Thursday in Kellogg against the Wildcats.
