Badger basketball coach Nathan Williams sends congratulations to senior Thomas Bateman for achieving 1,009 points in his high school career, and state play lies ahead.
Thomas put up 132 points his freshman year, 186 his sophomore, 372 his junior year and 319 points and counting.
“Thomas is not just an amazing scorer, but a great rebounder, unselfish passer, and a solid defender,” Williams said. “Thomas has been named to the Idaho 3A All Tournament team several times with a first team selection last year and was also named to the second Team All State. He is a hard working individual who is humble, kind and very coachable. He is a huge contributor to the Badger basketball success the past four years and will be greatly missed.”
