PTR (Circuit Breaker) REMINDER:
A circuit breaker exemption is a tax relief program that limits the property tax on real property valued at a certain amount, usually less than five million dollars. It applies a 20% taxable value cap to help low- and middle-income families avoid an unreasonable tax burden.
If you are eligible for Property Tax Reduction (circuit breaker) and/or disabled Veteran’s benefits this year, please remember to get your application in soon – they are due April 15th.
Call or stop by our new location at 6447 Railroad St, Ste A.
