Jon and Chelsea Mowery have, since they married, had a deep desire to be parents. In 2021, after two miscarriages and the discovery of infertility, they had almost given up hope.
“Our story has been full of hope, loss, redemption and hope again,” they say, “Adoption has always been an avenue we saw our family taking regardless of infertility.” Jon and Chelsea say in their adoption profile book. “We believe that God has called us to this place.”
Chelsea sums it up nicely on her Facebook page, where she calls her friends and followers to share their story.
“It’s been a long journey to get here, but Jon and I would like to announce that we have officially been Home Study approved for Infant Adoption through the Idaho Youth Ranch!
Our ultimate prayer is for a private adoption opportunity (outside the use of an agency), and we would love your help! We know our God can make anything happen with as little or as much effort on our part as possible. We’re maximum effort kind of people, so we are asking for your help in sharing our story!
