On Easter Sunday, April 20th at 5 p.m., Chef Dirk will be making magic in the Tavern’s kitchen.
Please call ahead for reservations. The meal is priced at $39.95 per person.
This year, Chef Dirk presents a carefully crafted 5-course menu.

COURSE ONE: Deviled eggs paired with spring veggies
COURSE TWO: Strawberry walnut salad with shaved parmesan in a strawberry cream vinaigrette
COURSE THREE: Spring vegetable broth minestrone
COURSE FOUR: Roasted lamb accompanied by a signature sauce, mashed potatoes, baby carrots and asparagus
COURSE FIVE: Limoncello ricotta mascarpone cake, a fantastic finale to the meal.
