Morgan Clark, a Bonners Ferry local, had his E- Bike stolen today from in front of the Kootenai River Inn at 12:51pm on April 22, 2025.
Security footage from the Kootenai River Inn cameras shows a woman in a black hoodie riding off with it.
Morgan is legally blind, and this bike was a gift to help him get around as he cannot drive.
It’s an all-black Juiced RipRacer Electric Bike with a golden battery pack.
It has been reported stollen to the Kootenai Tribal Police and to the Kootenai River Inn and Casino security.
