Thank you, thank you, thank you to every volunteer who showed up and helped this morning. We had the largest turnout for a Huckleberry Pancake Breakfast ever – 260 people – 210 adults and 50 kids.
At one point there were 47 aircraft of all sorts on the ramp – well, we ran out of ramp, so we parked a lot of airplanes on the grass.
We raised $2,966.00 for aviation scholarships. Your hard work paid off.
Also, there were some anonymous donors who tucked $100 bills in the collection bucket. Wow! That was wonderful.

On top of everything, I noticed a lot of people having fun – the really important part of the breakfasts.
You made this a success. Please take a moment to pat yourself on the back in appreciation for helping plan and organize, for getting up early, coming to the airport and pitching in on the numerous tasks necessary to make the breakfasts happen. Each and every one of you is a success story. Our little EAA Chapter could not be prouder of you.
See you at the June 17th meeting.
