An Amber Alert has been issued for 13-year-old Allen Fischer and 15-year-old Rachel Fischer, who were last seen in Monteview, Idaho, at 7 p.m. Sunday and may be with adult siblings en route to an FLDS group in Mendon, Utah, in a gray Honda sedan with Utah plates.
Allen is described as five-feet, nine-inches tall and 135 pounds with blue eyes and blond hair wearing a blue shirt and blue jeans. Rachel is five-feet, five-inches tall and weighs 135 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair, wearing a green dress.
