Boundary Community Hospital (BCH), in partnership with Boundary County School District 101, is proud to offer free sports physicals for Boundary County students from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 29, in the hospital outpatient clinic.
This annual event helps ensure student-athletes are healthy and ready to participate in the upcoming school sports season, at no cost to families to make it easier for students to access the care they need to compete in athletics safely.
“Our goal is to support the health and well-being of every student in our community,” said Danielle Larsson, Community Relations Director at BCH. “By providing these physicals at no charge, we’re making sure that no child is kept out of sports due to cost or access issues.”
A parent or legal guardian must be present with the student during the physical.
BCH physicians, nurse practitioners, and BCH staff volunteers will be on hand to complete the exams efficiently and compassionately. The hospital encourages families to arrive early, as the event is expected to be well attended.
