Boundary Community Clinics Welcomes Pediatrician Dr. Hailey Rose
Boundary Community Clinics is proud to welcome Dr. Hailey Rose, pediatrician, to its medical team beginning August 2025. A Bonners Ferry native, Dr. Rose brings deep local roots and a compassionate, evidence-based approach to caring for children and teens ages 0 to 18.
Dr. Rose is excited to return to the same hospital where she once worked as a CNA in 2002— now serving as a pediatrician in the community where she’s raising her own family.
“My goal has always been to serve Boundary County. I’m honored to work in Dr. Ernie Lucero’s
former clinic and give back to the place that shaped me,” said Dr. Rose.
She emphasizes the importance of well-child visits for monitoring development, growth, mental health, and safety—and takes a respectful, collaborative approach to conversations about a child’s healthcare, meeting families where they are while advocating for safe, evidence-based care.
With limited access to specialists in rural North Idaho, Dr. Rose is experienced in managing a wide range of conditions and works closely with colleagues and regional specialists when needed. Pediatric echocardiograms are now available at Boundary Community Hospital, expanding care options for young patients.
Dr. Rose is now accepting new patients. To schedule an appointment, call (208) 267-3655.
