The Boundary County Fair Board is seeking applicants for two temporary summer fairgrounds maintenance/janitorial positions. The primary job responsibilities are to perform a variety of duties related to maintenance, janitorial, upkeep and beautification of county owned fairgrounds and facilities, as well as assisting with the annual Fair in August.
This is a temporary summer part-time hourly position with expanded hours during Fair week, which usually requires 60 to over 70 hours.
Must be 16 years or older, have good communication skills, work well with a supervisor and have the ability to follow through on instructions. Must be motivated and able to complete job responsibilities in a timely manner. Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Starting wage is $17 per hour. Applications are available online or at the Fair Office. Reference letters and/or resumes are encouraged.
