Frost advisory in effect to 10 a.m.

The National Weather Service, Spokane, has issued a frost advisory in effect from 2 a.m. to 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 23, for temperatures of 32 to 36 degrees, which will form frost in sheltered valleys. Tender plants should be covered or brought inside to protect them from the cold.
