Notice from the Boundary County Sheriff’s office – On September 9, Boundary County Probation and Parole, in conjunction with Boundary County Sheriff deputies, conducted a compliance check on an individual within our county, during which multiple firearms were found, one of which was reported stolen in Boundary County in 2022.
This was a violation of the individual’s felony parole. Additionally, the individual was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, a felony level amount of marijuana and alcohol.
This resulted in a total of 26 felony charges submitted for prosecution.
