Jose Gonzalez Luna, 54, pled not guilty Wednesday to charges of felony excessive DUI and open container as well as aggravated DUI, a felony, and driving without privileges, a misdemeanor, after a horrific collision September 1 that landed Badger softball pitcher Jennifer Petersen in Harborview Medical Center, Seattle, with serious injuries.
A four-day trial has been set for 9 a.m. Monday, December 8, in Boundary County before Judge Susie Jensen with pre-trial conference on November 19 at 10 a.m.
Of course he pled “ Not Guilty”, it’s kept him out of prison the last 5 times!! I guess we’re supposed to wait until he kills someone before give him REAL time. Just shameful.
