On September 1, 2025, 16-year-old Jennifer Petersen was in her pick-up heading to town when she was hit by a drunk driver landing her at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
The crash caused multiple devastating injuries to her body, but not to her spirit. She is a fighter and has overcome nearly all odds.
Jennifer was able to return to her home on September 29 after nearly of month of surgeries and rehabs. She is recovering well given the circumstances but still has a very long way to go.
Jennifer and her family want to extend their deepest gratitude to each and every one who has supported them in this time.
