At 11 a.m. Saturday, staff and residents at the Boundary County Restorium will hold its monthly party celebrating all the residents whose birthdays fall in October. But this October 24, there will be a rare birthday, and all in the community are invited to help celebrate it: the 100th birthday of Boundary County’s oldest veteran, Eddie Belakiewicz, shown here last November with Margaret Payette, who served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
