PRESS RELEASE – City of Troy, Montana
The City of Troy was notified that Layton Artigo turned himself in to local authorities in Southern California yesterday afternoon.
Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office and Montana Department of Criminal Investigation are currently working with the local authorities to extradite Layton Artigo back to Lincoln County.
If additional details become available that can be shared with the public that do not interfere or compromise the integrity of the ongoing investigation they will be shared with the public.
