Earlier this afternoon, we were informed that an individual might be video-taping our students at recess. Our School Resource Officer was called and we had all students immediately enter the building from recess.
We were not in lockdown. It was determined that there was no known threat to the students at Valley View and we resumed normal activity. We know that situations like this can be stressful and we want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to keep our students and staff safe.
