Thank you to the leadership classes for organizing the friendly competition between the middle school and high school to see who could collect the most hams and turkeys for the community. The middle school did beat the high school, again. It is still exciting to report that the students collected over 150 hams and turkeys.
Thank you to Lisa Iverson and Kelly Hinthorn for arranging all the students to help at Mountain Springs. Thank you to Bill for driving the bus. Thank you to the leadership teachers, Jaycee Atkins and Kelly Hinthorn, for their efforts and inspiring our students to give back to their community. Kudos to our students for helping make the day a success. They all learned some valuable lessons!
Thank you to Samantha for organizing the event and keeping all of us focused. Thank you to the group of pastors (In His Image) and Community Action that came together to support a common need in our community.
I look forward to everyone working together to serve our community in the future.
