Boundary County Sheriff Dave Kramer extends a welcome to two new calm voices who have recently joined the team in the dispatch center, there to provide calm when all around is chaos for those involved in emergencies and to send the proper help to the right place by the best and quickest. Kramer bids the community to say hello to communications specialists Cori Vandecoevereing and Caitlin Alexander, introduced

here in their own words.

I’m Cori Vandecoevering. I’m originally from Oregon. I moved to the Naples are with my family about eight years ago. After taking a little time to settle in, I obtained my EMT certification through Boundary Ambulance and joined South Boundary Fire.

My husband and I have been volunteers for the last five years. I absolutely love being part of the fantastic team of First Responders that we have here in Boundary County and so far Dispatch has been a great fit for me. Free time isn’t something I get a lot of but when I do have a little its spent with family and friends.

I’m looking forward to continuing to learn and improve my skills to better serve this amazing community.

My name is Caitlin Alexander and I am excited to join Boundary County Dispatch. I grew up in Bonners Ferry and graduated from Bonners Ferry High School. I recently moved my family back to Bonners Ferry and we are excited to be back.

I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring all our beautiful area has to offer.
