Sunset Home Assisted Living is seeking a dedicated licensed practical nurse (LPN) or RN to join its healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess the necessary skills to provide quality medical assistance.
Duties include:
– Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the nurse manager
– Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
– Assist in patient assessments and document patient information accurately
– Perform basic nursing procedures
– Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal resident outcomes
– Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
– Share call time
Skills required:
– Experience in long-term care and hospice care is beneficial
– Strong ability to use or adapt to electronic health records is preferred
– Willing to train for our specific environment
