The Bonner County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Howard Converse, 84, who is 5’10, and 155 pounds with hazel eyes and salt and pepper hair and beard.
Howard was last seen in the Lignite Road area wearing black pants, a lighter colored long sleeve shirt, brown summer jacket, tennis shoes, and a black cap with ear flaps. He is not dressed for the weather.
