2nd Harvest free food distribution

The first 2nd Harvest free food distribution of the season, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, March 14, at the Boundary County Fairgrounds. This event has been sponsored by Bonners Ferry Veterinary Clinic. Cars should enter the fairgrounds from the Fourth Street entrance to line up. No sign up or registration is necessary to pick up food. This usually includes staples, fresh produce, bakery, dairy and meat. Volunteers are always appreciated to help distribute food, too. These people should arrive at the west end of the fairgrounds at 10 a.m. the morning of the event.
