Agenda:

9:00 a.m.: Courthouse Maintenance Department report.
9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Discussion/motion regarding ARPA, ARPA projects and possible motion to adopt ARPA resolutions. Motion to sign the Real Property Lease Agreements with North Bench Volunteer Fire District and IM Fit, Inc. Discussion/possible motion regarding request for funding assistance made by Boundary Ambulance Service for a new ambulance unit. Motion to appoint Waterways Board member. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Solid Waste Department Report. Discussion regarding matters pertaining to the Department of Environmental Quality’s (DEQ) comments on the Solid Waste Department’s June 2020 Operating Plan and discuss a quote for the 10-yard bin repairs. ACTION ITEMS.
10:30 a.m.: Probation Department report.
11:00 a.m.: Economic Development Council (EDC) Director David Sims – Update on EDC projects.
11:30 a.m.: Indigent matter. ACTION ITEM.
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Discussion/motion to sign the Local Highway Technical Assistance Council (LHTAC) Local Agreement Leading Idaho Bridge Program Bridge #KN30295. ACTION ITEM.
