This year, they are raising funds for a vital project: replacing flooring in the Med/Surg Unit, Emergency Department, and Extended Care Facility. Medical-grade flooring is extraordinarily expensive, with a $79,000 price tag, creating a lofty goal for this year’s Festival of Hearts. These flooring upgrades are essential to achieving infection prevention goals, reducing fall risks, and ensuring a safer, cleaner environment for patients and staff.
