Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, January 19, Boundary County Extension Office, 6791 B Main Street, Bonners Ferry. Mental Health First Aid is a free course that teaches you how to help someone who may be experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge. The training helps you identify, understand and respond to signs of addictions and mental illnesses.
