Sourdough 101

Sourdough 101, 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 16, Boundary County Fairgrounds, sponsored by Chapa Chicken Ranch. Making your own sourdough bread can seem a bit intimidating at first, but with a bit of time and patience, anyone can learn the steps to delicious, homemade artisan bread.
Come spend a few hours with me as we go over the first steps to becoming a successful sourdough baker, and avoid some of the frustration of experimenting on your own! Everyone will leave with their own starter, dough to take home and bake the next day, and the tools needed to craft a sourdough path that fits into any existing schedule. Class size is limited, so be sure to register early to save your seat! Tickets are $75 online.
