Veterans Day Service

Veterans Day, 11 a.m. Monday, November 11, Fairgrounds Memorial Hall. Honoring military veterans of all branches of the United States Armed Forces on the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month when, in 1918, the guns of the Great War fell silent. About 1.3 million serve in today’s all-volunteer force. Active-duty service members now comprise less than one percent of all U.S. adults. All are welcome, a meal will follow.
