Amam Bansal, home of record not available, born 2001, charged with misdemeanor possession of drugs October 28 by the Idaho State Police, found guilty and fined $421and $157.50 costs.

Joshua Dylan Fairchild, Moyie Springs, born 2004, charged with possession of marijuana October 31 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty and fined $302.50 and $197.50 costs, judgment withheld, and one year probation.

Travis R. Phillips, Naples, born 1989, charged with battery September 23 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, amended to disturbing the peace, pled guilty and sentenced to 20 days in jail with credit for 10 days served, 10 days suspended, $142.50 fine, $157.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Curtis Matthew Tucker, Bonners Ferry, born 1991, charged with DUI September 5 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $297.50 fine, $202.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Jordan R. Wilder, Naples, born 2000, charged with DUI November 20 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to a 90 day drivers license suspension, $297.50 fines and $202.50 costs, judgment withheld, and 364 days probation.
