BOUNDARY COUNTY, IDAHO SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE #24-6 BOUNDARY COUNTY PLANNING & ZONING FILE #23-0065 STEVEN & LENA KAUFFMAN ZONE CHANGE RURAL RESIDENTIAL TO RURAL COMMUNITY/COMMERCIAL

TITLE: AN ORDINANCE OF BOUNDARY COUNTY, IDAHO, AMENDING THE BOUNDARY COUNTY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP (BOUNDARY COUNTY ZONE DISTRICT MAP) BY REZONING A PORTION OF A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND IN SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 62 NORTH, RANGE 2 EAST, B.M., FROM RURAL RESIDENTIAL TO RURAL COMMUNITY/COMMERCIAL AND PROVIDING SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

SUMMARY: The Boundary County Board of Commissioners adopted Ordinance #24-6 to amend the county official zoning map from Rural Residential to Rural Community/Commercial for a portion of a 10.75-acre parcel known as Assessor’s Parcel RP62N02E183150A in Section 18, Township 62 North, Range 2 East, B.M.. The parcel is split by two different zones. The rezone results in the entire parcel being rezoned Rural Community/Commercial.

The ordinance provides a savings clause, severability, and an effective date upon publication of this summary. The subject property is described as: A tract of land in Government Lot 1 of Section 18, Township 62 North, Range 2 East, B.M., Boundary County, Idaho; being that property described in Instrument Number 273857 as the North 40 Rods (660.00 feet) of the West 48 Rods (792 feet) of said Government Lot 1 and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Section 18; thence along the north line of Section 18, N 89º55’16” E, 792.04 feet; thence S 00º29’55” W, 662.94 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar with plastic cap stamped PLS 6050; thence S 89º55’49” W, 792.04 feet to the west line of the Section; thence along the west line of the Section, N 00º29’55” E, 662.82 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS Highway No. 2 right of Way; LESS County Road Right of Way; 10.63 Net Acreage.
