David Farley, Clark Fork, born 1968, charged with excessive DUI August 7, charging agency not listed, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $797.50 fine, $202.50 costs and 364 days probation.

David Wayne Harvey, Newport, state not listed, born 1963, charged with driving without privileges by the Bonners Ferry Police Department February 16, 2022, plead guilty and sentenced to 139 days in jail with credit for 139 days served. Charged with driving without privileges by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office February 19, 2022, plead guilty and sentenced to 139 days in jail with credit for 139 days served. Charged with driving without privileges by the Bonners Ferry Police Department March 8, 2022, plead guilty and sentenced to 139 days in jail with credit for 139 days served.

Jonathan Edward Miller, Priest River, born 1998, charged with possession of paraphernalia December 15 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $102.50 fine, $197.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Gene J. Overman, Bonners Ferry, born 1989, charged with DUI, second offense, October 23 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI. pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 27 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $297.50 fine, $202.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Quinn, Sandpoint, born 1988, charged with excessive DUI July 21 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 days suspended, credit for three days served, 180 day drivers license suspension, $797.50 fine, $202.50 costs and two years supervised probation. Charged with excessive DUI July 23 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 days suspended, credit for three days served, 180 day drivers license suspension, $797.50 fine, $202.50 costs and two years supervised probation.

Bryon Arthur Siefke, Bonners Ferry, born 2004, charged with DUI, second offense, August 26 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI under age 21, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 25 days suspended, one year drivers license suspension, $547.50 fine, $202.50 costs and one year supervised probation. Charged with driving without privileges, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $1217.50 fine, $172.50 costs and one year supervised probation. Charged with possession of alcohol by a minor January 6 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Of fice, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $112.50 fine, $187.50 costs and one year supervised probation.

Melvin D. Washington, Seattle, born 1985, charged with possession of paraphernalia December 25 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $102.50 fine, $197.50 costs and 364 days probation.
