Commissioners’ meetings are held in their chambers, Room 28, in the Boundary County Courthouse, unless otherwise stated. 9:00 a.m.: Personnel Director Pam Barton and Road and Bridge Department Co-Superintendent Renee Nelson – Discuss Classification Committee review of positions. Possible motion to go into executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)a, to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities for individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need; and Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student. 9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Discussion/motion regarding ARPA, ARPA projects and possible motion to adopt ARPA resolutions. Motion to sign replat for Dave and Kimberly Parker. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Boundary Soil Conservation District members – Discussion/motion regarding annual budget request. ACTION ITEM.
10:30 a.m.: Courthouse Maintenance Squire Fields and Assessor Olivia Drake – Discussion/possible motion regarding carpet quote for remodel of the new Assessor’s Office. ACTION ITEM.
11:00 a.m.: Indigent matter. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM.
11:30 a.m.: Courthouse Security/Bailiff Ben Reinhardt – Discussion/possible motion regarding security cameras for Assessor’s Office. ACTION ITEM.
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Motion to sign the revised Cooperative Agreement with the Idaho Transportation Department for the traffic lighting at Tobe Way and Highway 95. ACTION ITEM.
