9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson – Discuss various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Discussion/motion regarding ARPA, ARPA projects & possible motion to adopt ARPA resolutions. Board of Equalization matters. Motion to sign Agreement with Bonners Ferry Family Medicine for jail inmates. Motion to sign State of Idaho Dept of Agriculture acceptance letter for Cooperative Weed Management Areas Program. Motion to sign Findings & Decision for Planning and Zoning File #24-0046, Maison Estates Subdivision, Maas Loop LLC, for a rural subdivision and Sign Findings & Decision for Planning and Zoning File #24-0047 regarding updates to Boundary County’s Flood Code Ordinance, Motion to adopt Flood Code Ordinance, motion to repeal Ordinance 2015-1, and motion to approve ordinance summary. 1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Discussion/motion to accept piggyback offer from GMCO for 2024 liquid magnesium chloride and motion to sign associated Independent Contractor Agreement. Discussion/motion to transfer 2023 crusher funds to the 2024 budget. ACTION ITEMS.
2:00 p.m. , Commissioners’ continued public hearing at the Annex to consider Planning and Zoning File #23-0180, Land Use Code Text Amendment for Boundary County. ACTION ITEM.
3:00 p.m.: Discussion/motion regarding Secure Rural Schools (SRS) funding, designation of SRS funds, and motion to send letter to Congressional Delegation regarding SRS. ACTION ITEMS.
3:30 p.m.: City of Bonners Ferry Administrator/Engineer Mike Klaus – Discussion/motion regarding refrigeration unit in former Safeway building. ACTION ITEM.
